JAC Delhi 2026 Admission requirement. Fill, print, and sign for physical reporting.

I, son / daughter of Shri resident of hereby declare that I belong to the community, which is recognized as a Backward Class by the Government of India / Government of NCT of Delhi for reservation in admissions.
I further declare that I do not belong to the 'Creamy Layer' as per the guidelines and parameters defined by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India, and that my OBC-NCL category certificate has been issued on or after April 1, 2026.
I understand that if any of the above information or certificates are found to be false, incorrect, or invalid at any stage of the admission process or during my B.Tech course, my allotted seat in DTU, NSUT, IIITD, IGDTUW, or DSEU shall stand cancelled immediately, and I shall be liable for appropriate legal action.
