Format for Affidavit (Single Girl Child)

(To be executed on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of ₹10/- and attested by a First Class Magistrate / SDM)

I,    son / daughter of Shri    resident of    do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

  1. That I am the biological parent (Father / Mother) of Ms.  ,   who has applied for admission under the Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) Delhi 2026 with JEE Main Roll No  .
  2. That the candidate, Ms.    is my only biological girl child in my family.
  3. That I have no other biological daughter or biological son, and that she qualifies as a Single Girl Child under the guidelines prescribed in the JAC Delhi 2026 admission brochure.
  4. That if at any stage, this declaration is found to be false, incorrect, or deceptive, the seat allotted to my daughter in DTU, NSUT, IIITD, IGDTUW, or DSEU shall be cancelled immediately, and I shall be held legally responsible for perjury.
