Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the JAC Saathi website (located at https://jacdelhi.tech). By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

1. Admission Predictions Disclaimer

JAC Saathi provides a college predictor, choice filling preference order templates, and historical cutoff explorers. All outputs, chances (classified as Safe, Moderate, or Low), and choice orders are calculated using historical cutoff scores (2021-2025).

IMPORTANT: These predictions are strictly indicative. Actual seat allotments depend on dynamic factors including candidate registrations, JEE Main paper results, category pool sizes, and university seats. JAC Saathi does not guarantee admission to any college or branch under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for your choices in the official counselling portal.

2. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JAC Saathi, its student creators, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of seat allotment, loss of admission opportunity, or academic setback) arising out of the use of or inability to use this platform. Always cross-verify cutoff numbers and rules with the official Joint Admission Committee brochure.

3. Use of Content & Intellectual Property

The predictive code, content, articles, and layouts are the intellectual property of JAC Saathi. You may use our preference lists for personal choice locking, but commercial distribution or scraping of our data constants for competing tools is prohibited without prior written permission.

4. Privacy & Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. JAC Saathi is designed to run its calculators entirely on your local browser. We do **not** collect, store, or transmit your JEE Main Ranks, category, gender, or preference order selections to any database or external server.

5. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service or tool at any time without notice. We may update these terms as needed, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any modifications.
