Round 1 Seat Allotment Result: What to Expect on June 15
The Round 1 seat allotment is the first major milestone of JAC Delhi 2026. The results will be declared on the official portal (jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in) on June 15, 2026, usually in the evening. Students will be allotted branches at DTU, NSUT, IIITD, IGDTUW, or DSEU based on their JEE Main CRL rank, category, and choices filled.
If you get an allotment, you must pay the seat acceptance fee of ₹95,000 online before reporting for physical document verification. Failure to pay the fee or report at the designated venue on time will result in automatic cancellation of the allotted seat, and you will be thrown out of subsequent regular counselling rounds.
Physical Reporting & Verification Schedule (June 16 – 20)
After seat acceptance fee payment, candidates must physically report at the respective allotted university for verification of certificates. The reporting schedule is categorized based on candidate region and reservation category:
| Category & Quota | Reporting Dates | Venue / Location |
|---|---|---|
| Outside Delhi (All Categories) | June 16, 2026 | Respective Allotted University |
| Delhi Region (SC, ST, PwD) | June 17, 2026 | Respective Allotted University |
| Delhi Region (OBC) | June 18, 2026 | Respective Allotted University |
| Delhi Region (General / EWS) | June 19 – 20, 2026 | Respective Allotted University |
Round 2 Registration & Choice Correction Window (June 26 – 28)
Missed registering for JAC Delhi in the first phase? Or made mistakes in your choice filling order?
The Round 2 Registration & Choice Correction window is a critical 3-day window from June 26 (Friday) to June 28 (Sunday), 2026. During this period:
- New Registrations: Fresh candidates who could not register in Phase 1 can register by paying the ₹1,500 fee.
- Choice Modification: Existing registered candidates can modify, add, or delete choices in their preference list. This is highly recommended if you realized your rank fits better elsewhere after seeing the Round 1 cutoff patterns.
⚠️ Senior Warning:
Once this window closes on June 28, you will NOT be allowed to change your choices for Round 3 or Round 4. Choices submitted by June 28 will remain locked and be used for seat allotments in subsequent rounds. So make sure to review your choice list carefully!

- 2
Add More Backups
If the cutoffs are tighter than expected in Round 1, utilize the correction window to add backup options lower down on your list so that you are guaranteed a seat in later rounds.
